cajero_2_300Hart-ONE (H1/C) is a model of the Hart-ONE specializing self-service family. It allows the automation of all the typical functions of an Automatic Teller Machine (ATM):
  • withdrawals,
  • balance enquiry,
  • statements,
  • PIN change.
The incorporation of optional components allows to increase his functions range:passbook update,
  • WEB terminal,
  • electronic transfers,
  • payments (card/passbook),
  • recharge prepayment cards,
  • recovery magnetic strip in EMV cards.

Ergonomics (according to ADA norm) and comfort have been two of the main factors had in consideration in the development process. The user is the real protagonist. The success of any self-service solution mainly depends on its general acceptance.

Hart-ONE (H1/C) fulfils the most exigent security standards, including the most advanced preventing fraud techniques:

  • card readers: EMV anti-skimming and anti-fishing,
  • PinPad: EPP VISA PED/PCI,
